Happy Birthday to Me

Not much to say - Dad made dinner last night (grilled surf and turf? in the snow? he's a master.) & Katie joined with her boy Scott (who's a doll, I'm so happy for them) & we just had a delightful early birthday dinner.

Mom surprised me with The Brave Little Toaster on dvd. I'm obviously over the moon thrilled about it.

Today's a nice easy going one, where the cat has a yearly checkup & I end up at a bar with my mom having margaritas if all goes as planned. I like these kinds of days.

Just a little PS - this is one of my new favorite things.
